Present in the Laine Arvostelua

Lovely selection of high quality products, excellent customer service and speedy delivery. My friend was very happy with her birthday present - Thank you!

The range of classic separates for clothes is just great here. High quality and lovely jewel colours. I have also bought many birthdays cards, scarfs and a reusable coffee cup from here.
Highly recommended- especially if you like homeware in glorious shades yellow as the owner likes yellow almost as much as I do!

Seamless online ordering, gorgeous products...overall fantastic boutique always bringing out interesting and stylish accessories and gift ideas

I bought some earrings for my sister and she loved them. The owner of the company is great - when I called to check they'd arrive in time for my sister's birthday she remembered writing my gift note by hand herself and assured me she'd posted it that day, and yes, they arrived in time. Excellent service and excellent product.

The cardigan is a quality item and looks great. Fantastic service, too! Thank you!

The most gorgeous coat, delivered in perfect time. Thank you.

A fantastic business that I would definitely use again! I bought my friend's birthday present from here and the coasters and chocolates were wrapped in a lovely gift box and because my message was too long, the owner added in a card for no extra cost. Thanks for the great service!

I ordered a gift box from Present in the Laine for a friend's birthday. Not only was it incredibly beautifully wrapped, but I input the wrong delivery address and was able to email the store to get this changed without any issues.

Amazing shop. Great service. Product arrived promptly, the personal email about a stock issue was lovely. Definitely recommend

Lovely gifts, really competitively priced but most valued is the friendly and personal service you receive.

Beautiful dress and always excellent customer service, thank you.

Love my top! Great, swift service and nicely packaged too, thank you.

Speedy service and hand delivered too! The dress I ordered was as described and looked even better on! I bumped in to a friend whilst wearing it, she bought one the next day....it’s good to treat yourself, especially in lockdown! ☺️
