Thank you for your feedback. We hear your concern. It makes sense that this would be frustrating, but rest assured we didn’t arrive at this decision lightly.
The pricing update reflects substantial changes to our underlying infrastructure and improved performance.
Most notably, these upgrades also shift the cost structure of our platform overall. And unfortunately, because of this, some customers were impacted by this more than others, like yourself.
We do apologize for this. But unfortunately, legacy plans were tied to an infrastructure model we no longer operate. So keeping grandfathered prices in place wasn’t something we could sustain moving forward.
Please note that we are currently offering a discounted for three months to certain clients, if this is something you're interested in.
