Well you guys charging little more of what you should charge,
Though all the weigh stations doesn’t seem to be having system to bypass or pull in,
Many of them have their own screen which you can get their point from there

The people at PrePass are so helpful and friendly. They seem to care about great customer service, something lost on other companies.

Not enough states have prepass n i get quite a few red lights

My prepass has quit working, says I have to resync, telling me to contact customer service at times and places when I cannot. Thus far this thing is more hassle than help.

They made it very easy to apply for PrePass. There was a little waiting time but easy to apply

I think your billing set up is terrible! I'm not sure why u can't set a standard, like $200, and when that amount is used, then u re-charge the account the $200. This keeps things simple and straightforward! This week, I had 2 charges, $111, and $348. I thought you were going to charge the card once per week? I'm confused!! IPASS had no problem doing this, I'm not sure why you can't do likewise?! I'd like a manager to call me with some answers, or perhaps I need to go back to I-pass!

Quick to resolve.

I spent countless hours researching which provider I thought would be best for our company and made many phone calls asking lots of questions. I feel like someone there should have told me that your product wouldn’t work at the primary scale house we go through numerous times a day, especially since I specifically asked if it worked there. It took me calling the weigh station and asking their administrator why our equipment wasn’t working and was told you were supposed to be coming to remove your equipment as they had upgraded and no scale passes would work there anymore.

Update to review. Received a call from Penny at PrePass who was very apologetic and said that the error was theirs and we should have been told that they would not work in Florida at this time. Possibly they will work in the future when the state gets finished with their updates. I do know they work well in other states, but not FL or GA. She then issued a refund of the shipping charges I incurred for returning the equipment.

Very good customer service

My service was interrupted due to nonpayment, which happened because when I signed up for prepass I gave the salesman my payment info and it never was added to my account. As a result I didnt make the monthly payment so my service was suspended. I promptly made a payment to restore services and I have only recieved red lights ever since. So I feel that my prepass service is a waste of time and money since I have to pull into the scales and stop anyway.

Great to pass at weight stations without wasting time.
