Difficult to load if using 1phone. Luckily we bought 1 each so we were able to load both on phone then transfer 1sim to the other phone

Installation was fine. Annoying to have to scan a QR (I had to send to laptop so I could scan with my phone, surely there is a better way).

Primary issue was that it was hard to cancel the recurring monthly cost once I had it. 2 degrees (the provider) didn’t make it easy, and if you’re travelling, you’re likely going to cancel within a month or two so this was an issue. I had to make an account for my new number, which was far harder than it should have been, just to cancel the monthly payment.

Despite all of this, this was the best prepaid SIM experience I’ve had in NZ and I fly back and forth a lot. So I absolutely will use this service again. My feedback above is primarily for other users who may have issues navigating these complexities.

We are travelling in Europe, both with multiple 30-day travel sims we swap out as required. At the change over date, month 3, my wifes new sim would not connect. Anna, with Alvins support, maintained a prolonged email conversation with us, despite the time difference, to get her up and running. She can once again head off exploring without fear of getting lost.

this is the second consecutive SIM offer used. The offer was the best value I found (again).
It followed from an eSIM with the same terms of use ( 30 Days UK based) and it would have been useful to have been able to extend the first one and not change phone numbers, but the process was simple and effective
Highly recommended.

Fantastic product & service. I panicked when I realised that my phone was not ESim compatible. 2 days to go when I ordered my sim expecting it not to arrive in time. It did! Simply fitted on arrival to China, restarted phone and had no issues for the whole trip.

Everything to do with Prepaidsims has been great. I did have a minor issue in the beginning, so reached out for assistance. Alvin responded rapidly, and helped me sort out an error in my configuration VERY quickly and easily.

I've never used an e-Sim before, and was definitely nervous about it.

The emails that came through after purchasing were clear about what to do to activate it etc., which was my main worry (besides the obvious one of being scammed).

I visited three countries in Europe (from Australia) and didn't notice any drop out of coverage etc.

I have no hesitation about getting another e-Sim through PrepaidSims for my next overseas holiday!

Alvin was/is great to deal with. Had good troubleshooting options/instructions. Helped resolve my issue with an eSIM in Sth Korea.

Haven't had any issues at all. Works like I was at home accessing my usual data. I always use these guys when I travel & would highly recommend the esim packages.
