⭐ 1/5 – Think twice before buying from this company
My experience with Premium Tagvinduer has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to how they handle complaints once something goes wrong.
I received a roof window with a mark/scratch in the glass. Instead of properly investigating the issue, Premium Tagvinduer simply rejected my claim and stated that the damage had been caused by a hard/sharp object, most likely metal, using “significant force”.
That is a very specific conclusion.
So I asked a very simple question: What evidence do you have to support it?
The mark cannot even be felt on the accessible surface of the glass. I have documented this on video. I therefore asked them to explain how something supposedly scratched from the outside with a metal object and “significant force” cannot be felt on the glass surface.
No answer.
They also claim the glass was not damaged when delivered. I asked them to provide the inspection report, photographs, quality-control documentation or any other evidence showing the condition of my specific pane of glass before or at delivery.
No answer.
They then tried to raise issues regarding the installation. The problem with that argument is that their OWN website and their OWN “Processen fra A til Z” material show the installation method in question.
Again, I asked them to explain the contradiction.
No answer.
On 9 September, I sent them a detailed written response giving them every opportunity to explain their position and asking four clear questions. I also specifically requested a final written and properly reasoned decision if they intended to reject my claim.
It is now 23 September, and they have not even responded.
That tells me everything I need to know about the level of customer service once they have your money.
I have kept the complete email correspondence, photos, video evidence and screenshots of their own installation material. I am therefore perfectly prepared to document everything stated in this review.
A company is not defined only by how it sells you a product. You really find out what kind of company you are dealing with when there is a problem.
Based on my experience with Premium Tagvinduer, I would absolutely not buy from them again and I would advise potential customers to carefully consider this experience before placing an order.
