I recently purchased a watch from Premium Hour, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I browsed their collection, it was clear that this company values both quality and style. Their watches have a premium feel, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail that truly stands out.

Got a watch for my older brother on his birthday, he absolutely loved it!! Never seen him so happy, thank you so so much!

Complete scammers. I bought a watch 3 months ago (order 5479). It never arrived (never left China as the fedex track number shows). I asked for my refund and they never answered. Don't trust them

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid in full for my watch and still haven’t received it. The order is delayed with no explanation, and after taking my money they completely stopped responding to emails and messages.

No updates. No communication. No accountability.

This is unacceptable customer service. Once they receive payment, they seem to disappear. I regret ordering from this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Support is useless. My watch was delayed by a week so I wanted a return and they completely blanked me. i Expressed my statutory rights and they still continue to ignore me. I do not recommend this company as their support is genuinely shocking they seem to think they don't need to obey consumer laws.

Do not get duped by this scammers. I ordered a watch on 22Jan and received it on 10Feb. The communication was really bad and upon receiving the watch it felt really cheap quality and strap felt cheap the one you buy from ebay. They said 30 day return policy but when I asked them about return process. They emailed me saying due to customs regulations return are not possible. They are not replying to my emails or online queries on their website. They will not give you money back. Watches look flashy on instagram but quality is bad. No paperwork is involved when they send you the order.

Avoid Avoid and Avoid . I ordered 2 watches in December . And I am still waiting. I was assured it would arrive by the 10.01.26 . After following the progress of the shipment, it showed that they delivered it to themselves. I asked why it was delivered in London, and not to my address in Greater Manchester, they stopped responding, I sent a number of emails, they just ignore them and don’t reply. I’ve asked for a refund, again no response. They have stolen my money and don’t have the decency to explain why it was not delivered to my home address. A disgusting and disgraceful company that doesn’t deserve even 1 star

Sent a damaged watch, returned, not refunded. taking legal action. Just avoid, trust me.

This is a scam! I placed an order and the website clearly states that there is a delivery time of 3-5 working days. After 7 days I did not receive anything. No communication no track/trace nothing. The customer service and instagram account do not reply. I will involve my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a watch for my son's Christmas, and was emailed saying it would arrive in time. They contacted me to say when the delivery was going to be. Item delayed in transit. Was told they would look into my order and accept the return. Then they avoided all my attempts to try and contact them, still yet to get back to me. Poor customer service, had to get my bank involved. Honestly, the watch is of poor quality and feels extremely cheap. Even if I had arrived on time, I probably would have returned it. It's better to shop elsewhere if you're looking for quality.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service and untrustworthy company. If you don’t want to be ripped off or let down. avoid ordering! Communication stops as soon as you place your order and pay.

Quality is 10/10, everything is flawless but since it comes from china delivery took over 3 weeks to Europe!

They kept me updated the whole way, even with the backed up and busy holiday season. Watches came fast and they are amazing! Will be ordering again.

Whoever runs the instagram deserves a raise, very helpful and explains all details to the dot, service was very good and delivery within 2 days, and the quality of the watch puts the icing on the cake, definitely not my last purchase
