Customer Service is great fast response times.
I've lost 62 pounds so far and feeling great I can't wait to see how far I can go and how much I can loose

I signed up about 3 weeks ago. The entire process was fast and efficient. I have had no issues, and definitely would recommend them to others.

Customer service has been very good and they are very prompt with their deliveries.
I’ve had little side effects such as sensitive stomach for a few days after taking the injection and lower energy than normal. I have also noted that my hot flashes came back as soon as I started the injections. All symptoms are tolerable and have found that ginger chews help the best with the sensitive stomach.
I am averaging about 1 pound of week of weight loss and that is without exercise. The drop in my appetite is significant, which is really good so I will make better choices of food.
I will be starting the next dosage up level next week and hoping that I will not have any additional side effects. Looking forward to continued weight loss.

I believe at this point premium health to be very helpful. Would not change anything at this time.

I feel sleepy & lethargic. Other than than I don't have any significant side effects.

My experience with Premium Health has been very good, 5 stars. If you have any questions, they contact you quickly, the products have arrived on time. … and I have lost almost 25 pounds. Very happy.🤗

For the most part I can say I am happy with Premium Health. There were some refill issues in the beginning of my weight loss journey but that has been resolved. I've been losing weight slowly but steadily and am happy with that.

I find it helpful that I get periodic texts to check in and make sure I’m doing well. Medication comes as scheduled and has been great for me.

Anytime that I have called & left a message, my call was always returned in a timely fashion.

I have lost 60 pounds with the help of Premium Health, I can't say enough - they have more than pleased me as a customer.

If I could I’d rate a zero! Worst experience ever. Completed assessment on 7/15, followed up numerous times, submitted primary care Dr. waiver and as of 8/14 I was still waiting for approval to start the program. They refused to refund my $25 deposit when I cancelled. Went to another program and took me 3 days from start to finish to get my shot.

I was disappointed in the beginning. Left a not so nice text. Jill called me right away to find out how she could help. Well I should've called first. Jill calmed me down and helped me understand the program. Customer service is awesome. Since talking with her I've decided to stay with it and I'm happy looking forward to my weightloss .

I signed up with this company & product & Feb. 2024.
I received be my vial in March.
Started the program. Was doing fine. I paid February, March, April, May.
I sent a message after the May payment & asked if my second vial was being sent because they had already taken out the first payment for the next bottle.
Their response was that they sent a four month supply in that bottle. When they specifically say they send three months at a time. They wanted a pic of my vial.
I sent a pic of the vial & noticed it expired in April. Mind you i received it, started in March & they said that vial was good for four months with but expired in April.
When I pointed out the expiration date they said they would send a replacement free of charge.
They charged me in June for that bottle.
I had to fight for my money back.
They did refund. Sent no further vials.
I sent the a message the beginning of July.
They charged me again in July.
I told me they needed 30 days notice for cancellation.
I told them then they owed me more product. Because even with the refund for the free vial in June I had paid another two months worth.
They told me I had already gotten my product.
Mind you all I received was my 1st vial that was only good for two months because of the expiration date.
Then they sent the “Free replacement vial.”
So the free vial was never free & again that just replaced the expired portion of the other bottle.
Also the replacement vial came from another pharmacy & I had no results with that one.
And now again they are charging me for July.
Bottom line. Do not trust this company.
They have been a headache from day one pretty much.

Great customer service! A little confused on the dosage at first but overall a great experience.

I started out at 198 three months later I'm down to 164. I'm going to try the maintenance program to see if I can keep myself at a steady level but this program works. The people are very very nice and they do get back to you it may take a day, but they do get back to you. I like this company. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose a nice chunk of weight.

Hi all this is an edited review about Premium Health. My last review was not a good one for this company. A manager from Premium Health name Magaly called me and let me vent on her I told her everything that I went thru. To make things right with me she refunded my $ 275 and in the process of send me a new vial for free. She has kept in constant contact with me and was really concerned about my experience. Magaly knows what customer service is about. This kind of customer service hardly exist anymore. She is the one that needs to be running this company. Thank you for restoring my faith.
