Great company and tasty vape juice

Hi Christopher. I sincerely apologize for the delays that we have experienced with shipping orders this week. I don't want to make excuses for our poor performance; however, the Thanksgiving holiday started the week with a large backlog of orders, and then one of our largest distributors ran out of federal excise stamps. They were supposed to arrive today, but the Brinks truck broke down, forcing the delivery to tomorrow. Another one of our largest distributors didn't ship our order out yesterday as they were supposed to, and so we were missing a lot of new product that was intended to go out today to customers. The one shipment we did get today arrived after 4 pm, which basically made it impossible to include in today's shipments. It's just one of those weeks. As you can see, we had a lot working against us this week, and I hope you can forgive the delay on this order. We work hard to ship orders out quickly; however, it isn't always possible due to other factors outside of our control. All the best, Stuart

IMacchiato by Brew House taste NOTHING like cofee
I bought Macchiato made by Brew House. Macchiato is a kind of cofee but this e-liquid is NOTHING like cofee. It taste like a diluted cheap vanilla ice cream. This is not the falt of Premium e-juice. But you should taste what you sell. I think you would never sell that stuf.

We will definitely take it into consideration when recommending coffee flavours to other customers. That said, our Trustpilot reviews are not meant to be product reviews as we want to know what you think of us as a company on Trustpilot while keeping the product reviews on our website. Like you said, we don't make the eJuice. We simply look for the best products for our customers. We stopped tasting eJuice many years ago when we realized that it didn't matter if we liked a flavour. All that mattered was what our customers thought of it. We cater to people with a wide variety of tastes and must carry products that we may not have a personal taste for.
