Great Service from Wayne and Ian.

Wayne and Ian arrived on time to view our car.
They we very friendly, professional and customer focused with excellent communication and clarification skills.
They thoroughly inspected the car and Wayne took it on a test drive with myself.
They offered a good price too.
Overall a very good experience and recommended.

I had Ashley and Alan come today

I had Ashley and Alan come today for my car and they have been amazing and well understanding and upfront.
It’s say to see the car go but it’s in safe hands now thanks you to you both.

Professional and easy to use service

Wayne was our initial contact and he arranged to view the car. Unfortunately there were issues on the motorway and he was unable to make it to us, however he kept us informed throughout the day and as promised arrived promptly the next day. Wayne and Ian both acted in a professional but friendly manner. Throughout their very thorough inspection they treated my car with utmost respect. We did decline their first offer but they came back and offered what we wanted as they knew the car was well worth it. The transaction of money was completed swiftly. I would recommend using this company but be realistic in your expectations of value and if you have anything to hide (which we didn’t) it will be uncovered. Wayne and Ian were a pleasure to deal with and an asset to their company

5 stars for Jason and Stuart

Jason was perfect in all the pre-appointment communication - clearly a reliable, understanding human in this age of AI. Both Jason and Stuart were highly professional during the appointment, and straighttalking not salesy, which inspired trust.
