Great location, reasonable rental fees and awesome customer service

Overall, it’s quite and there’s nice neighbors in the office. The bathroom and kitchen are always clean. The coffee is really good! Unfortunately, the internet is OLD! Cat 3 Internet cables don’t exist anymore and I have to tether from my personal internet when I work in the office. I have mentioned that I can’t find the right equipment for their connections but no one has an answer. Therefore, if you have a newer computer or office equipment their internet is not compatible.

Barbara and Randy do a fantastic job and make me feel at home here.

Randy Crookshank has been WONDERFUL. He has gone above and beyond to help and make sure I know they are available to help me with anything I might need. What is a virtual office will most likley turn into an actual office in the next year.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve always had a good experience especially with Sylvia from the front desk. She’s always attentive and kind. She always goes above and beyond to provide me with the best service.

The onsite personnel are extremely professional and helpful. However, the upper management are non responsive to problems. I have had multiple problems with my office phone not working. One time I had no telephone service for one month. As an attorney, it is extremely important that my clients are able to contact me. The onsite staff and the building manger were very helpful. However, the upper management could not have cared less. The fact that my elderly clients could not reach me was not a concern to them and them made little to no effort to solve the problem. They also lied to me about what had been done to correct the issue. If it had not been for the manager of my property, the problem would not have been resolved. The other management are worthless and can't be bothered to help their clients. It is a shame that the manager for this property has moved on to better things. He should have been promoted and his boss should have been fired.

I have been here for more than a year and ALL of the staff are still incredible, even after a small change. Britney--welcome! I didn't think anyone could fill Juliette's shoes but you are such a great asset! I don't think there is any workspace offering that is better than Premier!

Staff at 120 Newport Center Drive is simply the best.

The office spaces at One American Plaza are beautiful and Robin, Denys and Domoneque are the best. Running a business is hard these days and they certainly make my job easier.

Amazing staff, customer service, offices, and people.

I have been a client at the Airport Executive Suites for over a year now. Things were wonderful when Anika was the General Manager at this location. She was always so nice and dealt with issues on the spot. She also always had her door open so she was accessible to the clients. This new manager Nima Arzani does not get back in contact with clients. He keeps his door shut and in my opinion, he does not make an effort to connect with his tenants. I ended one of my office contracts while still keeping my second office. It has now been three months and I still have not received my Security Deposit check. I have reached out to him and weeks have gone by with no response. I had to threaten to speak to his supervisor to finally hear anything. I understand if it’s an isolated incidence, but after speaking to other clients and the staff at the location it seems that he does not respond to them either. Bring Anika back!!! I am so thankful for Armondo and Mark still being there. They are always very helpful and have made my experience at that office an overall great one. Thank you two for all that you do for the clients!!!

This place is amazing..Excellent service..Beautiful offices, and great prices..If your looking for a Great office come on over to Premier..They are the Best. I was with regus and they were horrible.. I came here and they and I love it here..

The staff here is so nice and helpful all the time. They keep it clean and the location is great too.
