This TEFL program is far too simple
This TEFL program is far too simple. All the module quizzes are based on multiple-choice, matching, and fill in the blank responses. Many of the responses don't even switch their wording to use synonyms meaning the answers are in the text you are supposed to be deciphering. I am grateful to be working towards a TEFL certificate but I would not recommend this program.

Hi Ruby, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the course didn’t meet your expectations. Our 120 hour course is designed as an entry-level qualification and is intentionally structured to be accessible and supportive, particularly for those who are new to teaching or TEFL. The quizzes are designed to reinforce understanding of core concepts rather than assess advanced academic skills.
For learners looking for a greater level of challenge, we also offer higher-level qualifications, such as our Level 5 TEFL courses, which include more in-depth content and more rigorous assessment. We appreciate your comments and will pass them on to our academic team as part of our ongoing course development. We wish you the very best as you continue your TEFL journey.

First time being able to access the program. Reached out shortly after purchasing program back in August 2025 but never received a response. Still have question and in need of a conversation with someone directly. Under the circumstances I would expect my start date to be moved to this date, since it is the first time I was able to get in.

I have recently completed my180 180-hour TEFL course with Laura Graham. The course itself was quite fine; the assignments, assignment control, and grading were acceptable in both the content asked and the answering speed. I only ask if they could add a part for "teaching young learners, or business English which are important parts of teaching English. I thank everyone who helped me, and wish them well.it was great

“Great value and support in the 120-hour TEFL course!”
I recently completed the 120-hour TEFL course and was impressed by the quality of the content. The modules were well-structured, and the quizzes helped reinforce key concepts effectively. I especially appreciated the Zoom Q&A sessions—they were interactive and clarified many doubts. As a bonus, they also offer complementary courses, which added even more value to the package. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to get TEFL certified—it’s informative, supportive, and worth the investment.
