Premier Mobility Arvostelua

My father-in-law just had his stairlift fitted and this what he had to say:

“Just had a stairlift fitted for my wife, Jack from Premier Mobility did an excellent job. The whole installation from start to finish was superb.

What I appreciated the most was the time spent showing us how to use the stairlift. Being first time users and in our 80’s the extra care taken, put our mind at ease.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting a stairlift. - Peter Baskerville”

Jack , fitted our ceiling hoist system and was absolutely brilliant.
Very professional service, clean and tidy job.
Would highly recommend

Had a hoist fitted for our son
Was throughly impressed how tidy these guys worked. Little to no damage to paintwork/celing. Lovely tidy job done and room was left as it was found. Nice polite, respectable guys.

Thank you very much to Joe and Brandon who came and did the installation . Would highly recommend.

Very good job very polite

Both Jack & Brandon were polite, punctual & hardworking. Jack couldn’t do enough to make sure myself and my carer were comfortable with how the equipment functions..and did it all with a smile. Jack was also fantastic with my carers very large dog who was on site at the time. Thank you both very much.

Jack and Jenson did a brilliant job fitting my daughter’s lift. Was an all day job, which when they arrived cracked straight on with.

I had the most amazing experience with the two gentlemen called Jack & Jenson doing our stair lift so quick wonderful manners they removed and discarded the stairs rail that was in the way and then kindly filled the holes in the wall after gave me full detail instructions on how to use stair lift safely and properly I have their help line number absolutely brilliant highly recommend these two young gentleman.
Much appreciated from amy unicorn street.

Great service from Jack and Jensen when fitting mum's through the floor lift. Installed and fitted with respect to mum, keeping her informed as to progress. Explained very clearly on how to use and safety aspects. Left room tidy and clean, removing any excess rubbish. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service from Joe who fitted our hoist on Wednesday. Quickly fitted with respect and dignity and with helpful guidance on usage. Left room tidy and clean, removing any excess rubbish. Would highly recommend this company

Great company to deal with . Lou came to the house and I instantly liked her down to earth professional friendly approach. She was knowledgeable and efficient.
The company were accommodating as to when to fit. Speedy service.
It was Tom who came to fit the stairlift. He was great. Friendly, experienced and professional.
I would recommend this company.

Jack and Brandon arrived punctually with a cheery disposition. Jack had a look at the job ahead, 2 track hoists to be fitted informed of what would be happening and proceeded to cover carpets and move required furniture. He informed us of timescale of approx 2 hours per hoist. We decided to go out and let them get on with the job. Received a call less than 3hrs later to say all finished. On return everything clean and tidy all rubbish removed. Excellent all round experience thanks Jack and Brandon.

Fantastic service start to finish. Jack and jenson went above and beyond what was expected.
