⭐☆☆☆☆ Zero empathy or professionalism…

⭐☆☆☆☆ Zero empathy or professionalism from Expedia customer representative Vannesa when we experience a missed flight with Air Premia. After missing our flight to Japan, we dealt with a representative who was incredibly rude, dismissive, and entirely lacked empathy. She left us on hold for an hour without updating us, ignoring our situation entirely. This trip was an urgent family emergency—I needed to get to Japan to support a heavily pregnant family member while her spouse is deployed overseas. The representative treated us with complete indifference during a high-stress moment.Highly disappointed in Expedia's lack of customer care and dignity. Avoid Expedia if you value basic customer service when things go wrong.

Scam

Scam - you can get flights far cheaper online and their registered office on their company website is a false location.
