I was a PACU member for many years and maintained considerable assets there until recently. After repeated experiences with incompetence, poor communication, and consistently disappointing customer service, I lost confidence in the institution and moved approximately 95% of my funds elsewhere.

In my experience, PACU has demonstrated an alarming inability to resolve even routine issues efficiently or professionally. When problems arose, I often found myself spending excessive time correcting mistakes or trying to obtain basic assistance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PACU and would strongly encourage anyone considering banking there to thoroughly explore other options before entrusting them with their money.

Did all the requirements necessary ($250 one time deposit, 10 debit card transactions within 60 days) and they said that I didn't sign up through their promotional page so they weren't going to honor the bonus. If I didn't see the page, tell me how I know the exact requirements for the bonus then? Didn't honor it, terrible customer service and a bunch of liars. Don't bank with them.

I've been with PA credit union since it was Litton CU. When trying out other banks, and when my husband had a bank account, I discovered the insane fees banks charge, the horrible service as well. I made my husband close his bank accounts and open them at PA and we've lived happily ever after there :D
