In the two sessions that I attended in a week, it was a life-changing experience for me. My needs were understood with compassion and empathy, and my goals were analyzed in detail. Not so much a review but I've heard amazing things and I'm so relieved that today I finally got a transfer to be treated by miss Preeti Gandhi I've waited so long for the hospital I attended to release me to her care as I have more confidence In her than I do anyone else and I've not even met her yet . I have endometriosis and it's to complicated for local hospital to touch . I have been battling many years now and felt just so down constantly and today was first time in long time I feel hope . I was able to realize the power of sitting straight & doing the ‘s’ strokes which calmed me down & also will reduce my stress & anxiety.
I was able to realize the power of handwriting. I noticed that when I feeling sad & frustrated, I my handwriting was messier than when I was happy & energetic. Also, I felt calm when writing the ‘s’ strokes. This is a good exercise to destress ourselves. Thanks for guiding us to a better destressed life.

The one item that could have been better explained was the purpose of each activity and also before doing a writing excercise, actually do it and then share its significance and what to look out for. Amazing revelation through handwritings.
Preeti projected herself friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable instructor. The insight we gained during two master classes was surprisingly revealing about hidden stress level we carry. I learned that perceived stress level is higher than real stress level revealed by handwriting! Very unique and positive experience.
