Avoid This Store – Wrong Product Sent and Customer Service Ignored Me
My experience with this store has been terrible from start to finish.
I ordered a specific product, but the parcel I received was not what I paid for. Receiving the wrong item is bad enough, but what made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer support. I emailed them twice to report the problem and request a resolution, and I received no reply at all.
When a business sends the wrong product and then ignores customers who try to contact them, it raises serious concerns about its reliability and professionalism. As a paying customer, I expected accountability, but instead I was left with an incorrect order and no assistance.
After looking at reviews from other customers, I found that many people describe similar experiences involving incorrect products, poor communication, and unresolved complaints. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise potential buyers to be very cautious before placing an order.
I feel misled, disappointed, and completely dissatisfied with this purchase. I will not be ordering from this store again.
