I was very happy with the work done by Noah who was professional and polite but also friendly. The job was completed on time with minimum disruption.

Absolutely excellent service and Noah made a fantastic job fitting my worktop and sink. He went above and beyond to help us with issues from where the original builders really screwed up. I would definitely recommend ***********

Excellent Service, from my initial call to the finished job. Professional and friendly their work is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Noah who is very approachable, and did an awesome job 🙌

Fantastic service from start to finish, we are so pleased we found Noah to help! We have recently moved into a new build property and had a list of quite a few jobs we needed help with. Noah was able to help with all our needs. He was very professional and helpful and we were so pleased with everything. Communication was great all the way through, nothing was too much trouble and he took great care with every job. One of the things he made for us were two sets of a shelves to fit inside some cupboards we have upstairs, these have turned out amazing! Thank you Noah for all your hard work, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, conscientious and pleasant person to help us setting up our new home. We’ll be in touch soon for a few more jobs no doubt!😊

Needed assistance quickly to plane and fit a door. Noah promptly picked up the job, communication was excellent , friendly and polite! The workmanship was 10/10!! Thank you so much!!!

We have had problems with our conservatory door for months, most recently it has decided to spontaneously unlock itself and open wide in the middle of the night.

It wasn't something we could address ourselves, and who do you get in contact with to sort out a problem like this? Locksmith? Windows company? Conservatory company? It's a bit of a minefield these days and then there is no guarantee that someone will be able to get to you soon, or indeed even turn up when they say they will.

To the rescue - Noah. He responded to my enquiry within minutes and then was able to offer a next day appointment. He arrived on the dot of the appointed time, worked out what was a bit of a head-scratcher of a problem and then saved us a possible small fortune and headache of replacing the door by managing to fix the fault instead. He also returned the same day after we discovered that there was still a small problem.

The only slight negative I experienced (and this has nothing to do with Noah, nor the quality of his work) is the app used to make the initial query and appointment. I may be old school, but it felt impersonal and one-size-fits-all - and if you are not au fait with tech then I think this might out you off getting in contact with him. But I can see that, from a trades-person's point of view, it would take lot of the headache out of customers constantly interrupting you on the job, and I would certainly encourage anyone to persevere with the system. It might be worth Noah getting a few friends to test-drive the process, point out any improvements that could be made and then see if it is possible to customize the software to his own requirements.

Like I say, the booking system does not detract from Noah's ability or professionalism, and I am so pleased that I got in contact with him. We are very grateful for his speedy actions and we are now able to sleep at night without fear of the door opening to the world.

5 stars from us.
