Precisionhydration Arvostelua 

Huge fan of precision hydration. I've been active athlete most of my adult life and been hiking mountains for over 15 years. During training and events, I would focus primarily on water intake. After working with their staff and taking the sweat test, I realized I wasn't hydrating nearly as much as i needed. Nor was I taking sodium or the carbs necessary to function at my best. Since using their products, everything has changed. I have more energy, am less sore and no more headaches (which i attributed to altitude alone). Highly recommend.

I’ll be honest, before I started using Precision Hydration I felt completely lost when it came to fuelling. I was second guessing everything, what to take, how much, when to take it. It always felt a bit guesswork rather than something dialled in to actually support my training and racing.

Since using Precision, that’s completely changed. My training and races have genuinely been transformed. The biggest game changer for me has been their online Fuel & Hydration Planner. It’s not generic, it’s built around you. You answer a few simple questions and it gives you a clear, personalised plan for exactly how much fuel and hydration you need for your race. That level of detail and individuality is something I hadn’t experienced before.

I used Precision throughout my entire 2025 ultra marathon season, and it played a massive role in helping me perform and stay consistent across multiple events. Now I’m continuing to use it as I prepare for my next big challenge, a 24 hour run in June where I’m aiming to cover 100 plus miles. Having a fuelling strategy I trust removes so much stress and lets me focus on the run itself.

I’m also a big fan of the brand beyond just the products. The gear is quality, I’ve got two of their hats already and I’ve just ordered their fuelling belt which I’m buzzing to try out.

Looking ahead, I’d genuinely love to work more closely with Precision Hydration. I’ve got some big goals and events coming up, and I’d be all in on supporting, testing, and representing anything they put out.

I do a lot of mountain running and was always having trouble taking on fuel due to a sensitive stomach. I came across some chews similar to Turkish delight from Precision Hydration. These chews are absolutely brilliant easy to eat on the go, taste great mint and lemon, have 30g of carbs in each pack. But most of all my stomach tolerates them very well. You might ask why the 3 stars. This is because I bought a bag of 15 back in December from Amazon for £22. That same pack as of February or thereabouts jumped up to £32. If these remained at the same price or went up a little I would be buying them regularly for any runs. But as of the price jump I only buy them for important races. I buy Veloforty who sell a similar product but at £24. Now the company might think with the price hike they will make more money. But I doubt that is the case as I know of other people who due to the price jump buy other products now. I have shopped around but all same price.
