Precise Surveyors Arvostelua

Where to start, what an incredible experience with Precise Surveyors this has been.

Initially I was quoted £595 but after reviewing the age of the house this jumped to £695, which seemed expensive, nevertheless I had heard good things so decided to go ahead.

The survey was worth more. Money very well spent, extremely detailed report with incredible attention to detail.

Jamie turned the report around within 3-4 working days and gave me a call a couple days after to address any concerns and answer any questions.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and definitely urge you to trust them with your survey!

I needed a survey to be completed on a house that I am buying. I found Precise Surveyors very quickly online and looked at their Website which was full of information relevant to my needs.
Jamie Taylor visited the property that I needed the survey for within 2 days of my initial communication with them.
The service I received from them was exemplary, within a day of the survey being carried out - I had been sent ,via email, the results of the Survey in full detail. Jamie also emailed me stating that if I needed anything explaining about the survey or I just needed some questions answered I was to call him and we’d have a chat about it.
I did contact Jamie and he put my mind at rest over some things I didn’t understand.
I am highly recommending Precise Surveyors and, if I need another survey I will use them again.

The Survey provided by Precise Surveyors was very comprehensive and detailed, giving us valuable information about the property we are buying.

Jamie provided us with a thorough survey of the property, with an in depth report of his findings. He was able to talk us through these findings on the phone call and discuss what contractors would be best for our needs. Fantastic and would recommend!!

Whole experience was excellent. The team there are professional, caring and helpful. Kerry contacted me initally and she was very helpful. Jamie did the survey which was very very thorough and he was also very willing to answer my subsequent questions. I would recommend using Precise wholeheartedly.

The survey was completed quickly and thoroughly. They were very helpful with the seller, and were able to identify area of further investigation and mitigations. I happily recommend.

This is my second time using precise surveyors and again I had a great experience. Jamie and Kerry were fantastic from start to finish — friendly, professional, and very helpful. The survey was carried out thoroughly and everything was explained clearly, which really put my mind at ease. Excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you

I have used Precise Surveyors twice now and the service Kerry and Jamie provided was nothing short of exceptional. They booked in the surveys quickly and responded quickly to any queries I had. Jamie’s reports were thorough and showed his attention to detail during the surveys. He explained his findings clearly in follow-up calls, as well as highlighting key areas of concern. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions which he addressed well and has made a stressful process a bit easier. I would highly recommend Precise Surveyors and would gladly use their services again in the future.

Very detailed report, excellent communication, excellent level of professionalism.

Precise Surveyors were actually recommended by a legal service we were using and it’s was an excellent call.
From the lovely lady at reception who was very knowledgable about the service they offered and the process involved, to Matt the surveyor who was polite and professional and even helped us out with some IT issues.
Would not hesitate to use this service again and highly recommend Precise Surveyors.

I have received an amazing service from this local company from start to finish.

From the moment my survey report was available Jamie provided me with non-stop advice and guidance.

There were some issues that required some urgent attention and Jamie offered me many an opportunity to discuss/explore solutions. He made himself available 24/7, replying sometimes out of office working hours to answer my queries/concerns and remained in contact until they were resolved.

Without Jamie’s support I wouldn’t have known what to do. He had a wealth of knowledge and expertise which was invaluable.

This company was recommended to me by a friend who also had a very positive experience.

From ringing up to talk about booking the survey to the post-survey calls, the team were incredibly responsive, helpful and willing to talk through any concerns. The survey was thorough and Jamie called to discuss all key elements and where our focus should be. He additionally offered to read a follow up report that we had done off the back of a survey to help us to better understand the contents. I would definitely recommend Precise Surveyors and will use again if we move again.

Precision surveyors are highly recommended, they did my survey recently for a property I'm purchasing and the customer service and report was excellent. Thank you for all your professional help.

From our first contact with Kerry, Precise Surveyors were friendly, professional, helpful and supportive. Kerry arranged the appointment very quickly and Jamie carried out the survey in August 2025. The report was available the following day. It was very thorough and Jamie invited us to talk through anything we needed clarification on. We spoke to Jamie to discuss the report and future plans, and he was happy to explain things. Sadly the purchase did not go ahead but our experience with Jamie and Kerry was excellent. We would certainly recommend Precise Surveyors and would definitely use them again in the future.

This is the first time I have used Precise and did so, following a recommendation by a friend.
Kerry was very helpful during the booking process, although the initial booking is done via an online portal, I did still speak to Kerry on a few occasions who was very attentive and always called me back if initially unavailable and kept me updated about the survey date.
My survey was completed by Jamie who provided an estimated date to provide the full written report which was provided on time.
I found the report to be thorough, clear and concise.
Jamie telephoned me to talk me through his findings which I really appreciated. I also spoke with him a few days later as I wanted to clarify a couple of things. Jamie was very patient, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.
All staff who I’ve dealt with were very friendly, professional and clearly aim to provide a good service and I’m happy to recommend this company following my positive experience.

This is out second experience of Precise Surveyors and Matt. We chose Matt based on our first experience. His knowledge and thorough inspection was outstanding.

Kerry who is the first point of contact went above and beyond to make our experiences, professional, but with a friendly approachable manner.

We also received a follow up call from Matt to explain the results of the survey and to give us an opportunity to ask questions. We really appreciated this.

If we should ever need a survey again, we would without doubt call on Matt to carry this out.

We would highly recommend them.

Thank you Matt and Kerry.

I wanted to share my experience with Precise Surveyors and highlight the exceptional service I received. From my very first conversation, Kerry, your friendliness and professionalism immediately put me at ease and made the process feel much less daunting. You were always reassuring and made sure I felt supported throughout.

Jamie, as our surveyor, your thoroughness during the inspection stood out. You took the time to explain each aspect clearly and concisely, ensuring I understood every detail. Your attention to detail and the comprehensive final report provided me with complete confidence in the next steps. I particularly appreciated the follow-up call where you patiently walked me through all the points raised and highlighted specific items for our solicitor to address.

The communication from both of you was consistently clear, prompt, and supportive at every stage. The final report was well-organized and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to understand the outcomes and next actions.

Thank you, Kerry and Jamie, for making what can often be a stressful process so much easier and for going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend Precise Surveyors and would gladly use your services again.
