The owners and the staff are truly caring. My aunt has learning difficulties, and she loves the one-to-one meticulous care and attention she receives. The shoe fittings are excellent, providing her with comfort while wearing footwear at all times.

Very helpful staff and a good selectionbof shoes to choose from. Would recommend a visit but important you make an appointment as this shop is always very busy.

What a brilliant service! Thank you to Kirsty at Potters Bar branch, I have problem feet and had spent a lot online for shoes but they did not fit correctly. I decided I needed to get my feet measured properly and fully expected to have to buy another pair. Kirsty measured my feet and advised the lacing had not been done correctly but the shoes were, in fact, the correct size. How honest is that! She was very knowledgeable on feet fittings. I know where I'll be buying my next pair. I would recommend anyone to go here rather than online. I shall also be making an appointment with the linked foot clinic sooner rather than later. Caring for people's feel is clearly as much a vocation as a job for these staff.

Seen promptly at our appointment time. The lady who served us was very helpful and patient as my daughter worked through her preferences and what fitted her. Came away with all the shoes we need for school and sport plus some sandals.
Have been coming here for years and no plans to change that.

Shoe shopping with kids is a breeze here. They expertly choose comfortable shoes for everyone and don't force you to buy new shoes if they still fit. Highly recommend. We've bought shoes from Precious Soles for years.

We’ve been Precious Soles customers since my daughter needed her first pair of shoes 7 years ago. We cannot fault the customer service. They take time to properly measure her feet and actually engage with my daughter. Friendly and professional service every time. I cannot recommend Precious Soles enough.

Excellent service. Even though it’s the end of the season and the new stock has not arrived I managed to find a pair of trainers that not only fitted well but also looked good. I will be back in September to buy more trainers and some slippers.

It was the first time in 18 months that I had actually gone out for shoes. Lived for all that time in slippers and badly fitted soft shoes!
I found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. They helped me enormously. I walked out of the shop on cloud99, along with three pairs of sandals and slippers. (Properly and expertly fitted.). Could not speak more highly regarding my shopping experience.
