Prebeat Arvostelua

Cannot fault Prebeat. Smooth transaction and fast communication with a query I had.

They know there job and explain it to me in every detail thank so very much

Great price and delivery

Able to communicate.
Great service 👏

Ordered the Equinox Butterfly mkII on Wednesday 24th Sept and it was despatched on 30th Sept and arrived on 1st October. So that is 5 working days, not the 2-3 days stated when placing the order on the Website!
Disappointed with the light overall, the preset programs are poor and I’m unable to program colours that I want to use. The motors are very noisy and annoying!

Delivery was first rejected because of shipping difficulties. The customer service found an alternate method and dealt with it directly rather via email rather than through the website and I received my order.

Great product fast smooth and reliable service

Great quality product and fast dispatch.
Very happy with my order.

Arrived before the stated time in excellent condition. Very happy with Kam portable speaker. Even got a discount code that took £10 off price and free delivery.

Great product

Easy checkout, fast delivery, what more do you need?👍

I had been recommended to look at citronic crossovers by a sound engineer. I’m really pleased I did and even more pleased where I purchased it from m. Great company to do business with and really clear communication m. 100% recommend using this company and citronic equipment.

It’s a good buy

I called up with a very hasty order as I had been let down by any other company, the gentleman that answered my call was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding! He took my order over the phone and had the items with the courier and at my door the following day! Incredible service, excellent pricing! Will 100% be back for more!

Fantastic company to trade with. If you’re after kit don’t go anywhere else for it

Good communications for the delivery of the parcel. Item received was faulty (these things happen - not the fault of Prebeat) so I emailed them to see what could be done. First email wasn't received but a second one resulted in a return being arranged and a replacement item being sent out a couple of days later. All sorted - thank you!

I was impressed by the pricing, speedy delivery and the painlessness of the whole process.

The item was exactly as described. It arrived on time and not damaged in any way. The quality of the product was great. I will be ordering from them again with confidence.

Awesome. Just plan and simple awesome. Everything from finding the Light units on the web site to setting the up and using them for an event. Awesome.

Brilliant service from Prebeat keeping me informed about my order.
I ordered the Equinox vapour 1000 haze machine and it was delivered in 3 days.
Great company fast delivery Thank You.
