This was my first experience with a retreat and it was a great start. The experience was calming and soulful. Mansi knows what she is doing and creates a wonderful connection between mind and body.

Feedback on Pravaaha Lucis Retreat
The retreat was beautifully paced, thoughtfully spread over two days with a day in between, which allowed the practices to truly settle and integrate. This was the first time I had ever done anything like this, and I felt fully supported throughout. Pravaaha creates a unique and safe environment that invites deep, rooted inner experiences rather than surface-level relaxation.
I felt amazing afterwards—emotionally open, grounded, and renewed. Some moments were quite emotional, in the best way, and reflected the depth of the work being offered. The teaching itself was beautiful, intuitive, and heartfelt. I would do this retreat again in a heartbeat.
The only area for improvement would be the physical space. The room was quite large and gym-like; a smaller space with softer lighting would have enhanced the intimacy and atmosphere of the experience.
Lunch was absolutely amazing and felt nourishing and well-aligned with the retreat.
Overall, a powerful, soulful journey that genuinely reconnects you with yourself.
