I am working in Pracyva since 3 years, I am enjoying a lot here, There is very good management, Always there for help. Good Enviroment, Helpful peoples.

Really wasting our time. They will conduct the interview we will get shortlisted and after that they won't respond. Recruiters also too rude if they want, they will beg us to attend the interview if they don't want just ignore us.

Very unprofessional recruiters. Can only send bulk messages on LinkedIn but then stop responding.

I want to caution others against falling for the deceptive practices of a company I recently encountered. I think they are based in India(always receive calls from Indian numbers), and they seem to have little understanding of the laws and regulations of the country they operate in. They display a lack of knowledge when it comes to the types of contracts they propose and how to properly draft them.

One glaring issue is that they present contracts in a language they can't speak or comprehend. For example, when I asked to speak with the person responsible for the Polish contract, they couldn't even understand a single word of the Polish language. It's astounding that they claim to provide contracts in Polish while lacking the necessary language skills.

During the hiring process, they resort to lies and manipulation to entice potential employees. They inundate candidates with incessant calls from different Indian telephone numbers, creating a sense of urgency by implying that their company, or the one they work for, will suffer dire consequences if you don't join. However, when it comes to making necessary changes to the contract, they conveniently claim they don't speak the language required.

This entire experience has been highly disappointing and a waste of both time and resources. I strongly advise against falling for them. It's crucial to carefully review any contract before signing, ensuring you understand your rights and protections in the relevant country.

Furthermore, they include a clause in the contract that allows them to hold your salary for an extended period, which is unacceptable and raises further concerns about their intentions.

As a result of my experiences, I plan to report this company to the Polish labour inspectorate to have them scrutinize the contracts they offer to employees. The English contracts they provide, with haphazard translations using Google Translate, hold no legal weight in Poland.

Please be cautious and avoid this company to save yourself the trouble and potential exploitation. Together, we can help others steer clear of such unscrupulous practices.

Very rude recruiters, they keep contacting multiple times from multiple different accounts and they keep spamming despite the request to remove me from their database.
