After visiting Practice Plus Hospital in Birmingham I was left with positivity every one was very friendly and helpful. I saw Mr Qureshi who is a Orthopedic Surgeon who gave me all the answers I needed. After a few weeks I attended the Hospital for a Shoulder Replacement every thing from start to Finish was brilliant. I left later on in that evening.I cannot sing there praises enough. There's not enough stars to give,my shoulder is brilliant pain free ! I have gone from no movement to it being back to normal fantastic thank you.

Hello my name is Alan Crowley, I am leaving this review on behalf of my lovely partner Tracey Sparrow, who was in the Birmingham hospital for a hip replacement on 30/31 December. Every member of staff briefed us on every aspect of their involvement. All through our stay we were kept up to date of all events. The Surgeon gave us a comprehensive briefing of what to expect which put Tracey at ease as she was very nervous of the pending procedure. On her return to her room after the operation the aftercare by the nursing staff was nothing less than outstanding. I was allowed to stay overnight so as to give Tracey my loving support before and after the operation right up to her discharge. The quality of the food is also worthy of mention as it was enjoyed by both of us as it was well prepared and of superb quality. In summary a very successful visit to your Birmingham facility, a very successful operation carried out by professional caring staff, the aftercare was to a outstanding standard. I recently underwent knee replacement surgery at Practice Plus Group Hospital Birmingham, and I can honestly say the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. From my first consultation through to discharge, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, fully informed and supported.

A huge thank you to Mr. Dehne and his surgical team. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt reassured at every stage by their calm and confident manner.

The nursing staff were truly amazing - compassionate, attentive and so patient. I’d especially like to mention Sue, Natasha, and Emily, who were absolute stars. Their kindness, warmth and professionalism towards not only me as the patient, but also my daughter who accompanied me, made such a difference during my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always had a smile and encouraging words, even during the busiest moments.

The hospital itself is modern, clean and very well-organised, with a real emphasis on patient dignity and care. My room was well equipped and comfortable, including an en-suite bathroom. The atmosphere throughout the hospital was calm and every staff member I encountered treated me with kindness, respect and genuine care.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone at PPG for giving me such a positive experience during what could have been a very daunting time. Thank you all.

Had surgery at Practice Plus hospital in Birmingham.
I would describe my experience as 5 star; it could not be faulted from the chap who met me in reception and showed me to my room to all the staff who took care of me on the ward and in the operating theatre.
Nothing was too much trouble, the care was excellent, every step was explained fully, and I was discharged with fully detailed clinical summery.
The facilities are 1st class, i believe it is a fully refurbished hospital.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital.

Absolute 5 star, hip surgery 2 weeks ago, back to normal quickly. Big thanks to everybody from reception,porters,admin,nurses,doctors,consultants Oliver Blocker/Kenan Dehne,aneathasists,physiotherapist,catering. The care I received was exceptional,everyone being so kind and friendly. My only gripe was my room didn’t have a sea view(hahaha) seriously thanks everyone 5star

I'm an 82yr old and received a full knee replacement on the 25th March performed by Mr Oliver Blocker under spinal. I recomend his skill performance and professionalism My sincere thanks also go to Isabelle my physio for her encouragment and exercise regime by 2wks post surgery I was walking in the house without my crutches and by 6wks outside and walking up and down stairs normal although slowly This has been an acheivment only with the great care and support from the Practice Plus Hospital Harborne and all its amazing staff that work there

Firstly the cost your told how much its going to cost no or from x amount its a fixed price that's what prompted me to look into Practice Plus Group over all experience was outstanding all staff very kind friendly and professional

Six weeks ago I had a total hip replacement,by the surgeon Mr Oliver Blocker.The whole treatment from start to finish had been first class.The staff at the hospital are excellent.T
