The labs were descriptive. The optional labs were the ones that gave me most insight into how LLMs work and what is the most fundamental way to interact with them and secure them. The support was very prompt too. All in all good learning experience.

Good company good experience I will recommend it

Great hands on labs, that will teach you more than just theory. It's python based, so it's good to have a dev background. However, if you don't have this background, you can use the structure of this course to learn python and general coding principles. Incredibly important to understand the code, so if you don't know python, you should be ready to learn it.

Couple of things that could be better. I would find it useful to talk about the architecture and high level how things fit, what we are trying to achieve, why this way specifically and what are the other ways. It's mostly diving right into it.

Also, there is a lot of labs, and to practice you should do them more than once. The access time is limited, so it would be great to have more time to do the labs before the access is revoked.

The hands on lab portion was really great. The reading of the videos was clearly done by an AI agent which lead to boredom. Overall a good course with good knowledge. Just would have enjoyed it better if was read by an actual human with emotion in the voice.

On point content for anyone who wants learn DevSecops. Gives a very good perspective for someone who are thinking to "Shift-left".

I completed the Certified AI Security Professional (CAISP) certification with Practical DevSecOps and had a very positive experience.

What I appreciated most was the practical focus. The content goes beyond theory and helps connect AI Security concepts with real-world risks such as prompt injection, insecure RAG implementations, model theft, training data poisoning, overreliance, supply chain threats, and privilege issues in AI agents.

The certification also helped reinforce how frameworks like MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM Top 10 can be applied in a structured way when assessing and securing AI systems.

For security professionals working in cloud, DevSecOps, application security, or governance, this is a very relevant certification. It gives you a practical foundation to understand where AI systems can fail and what controls should be considered.

I had a very positive experience with the DevSecOps certification. The training was practical, well-structured, and focused on real-world security integration in CI/CD pipelines. I especially liked that the labs were hands-on and helped me apply concepts such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and secure pipeline practices in a realistic way. It was a valuable learning journey and a useful certification for anyone who wants to strengthen their DevSecOps and application security skills.

I recently passed the CAISP certification and can attest that it is a fantastic course to start with on securing AI systems albeit with still some room to improve. The hands-on lab-oriented approach is a good way to learn about vulnerabilities and weaknesses of AI systems and then how to protect against the threats.

The shortcoming of the course is that it is based totally on local LLMs and doesn't cover LLMs as a cloud hosted service (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock etc.). It doesn't go too much into the platform layer on top of the model layer and how to secure them. MCP and AI Agents lesson is also too short IMO, and more depth would have been good.

Finally replicating the labs locally was a bit challenging as the Python version used is 3.10 which is a bit old now and some Python modules are not compatible. My suggestion for PDSO would be to upgrade the labs to run on Python 3.12 or greater.

Nevertheless, AI security is a fast-emerging field, and this course will set you on the journey to securing AI systems.

Very easy to follow course and great for teaching what is actually practical in implementation!

I’ve seen many certifications over the years, and only a few really stand out. CAISP is one of them.

The hands-on labs made the experience real for me. Working through real scenarios, instead of just reading about them, helped me remember what I learned much better than theory alone. The exam was challenging in a good way. It checks if you truly understand the material, not just if you memorized it.

I finished the program feeling sharper, more confident, and ready to use my new skills right away. If you’re unsure about it, I recommend giving it a try. It’s definitely worth it.

- overall the quality is very good, expect some place to be worked on like course notes pdf

Negative Points:
- Course lab Pause and Resume option could be very effective when that control is given to subscriber for n no of times, so that I do the research comeback and consume the topics then and there.
- Course slide notes PDF needs to be improved way lot! Beginners like me if they all in one docs that would be super helpful and save lot of time instead of researching externally, that requires lot of time.
- Basic level content could be focused and improved, by this CCNSE course will be power packed one.

I prefer reading and doing the technology rather than watching it in video!

Recommendation:
- Need to have AI module beside every task and topics for technical know what assistance.
