Great service as always

Great service as always. Excellent information before and after pump service. Engineer called half hour before arriving, very knowledgeable and polite.
We have always received excellent service from PPS. Should be the standard of service for other companies. Thanks!

Great experience once again

Great experience once again for our annual service and check-up. Easily booked via email. Engineer was on time, friendly and very efficient. Two pumps serviced and a batter changed in less than one hour!

As good as always

Comfortably in the time slot, efficient, polite, and friendly. As good service as always: we have used them for some 20 years and never had less than great service and help.

Pump Service

Jeremy serviced our basement pumps today and did an excellent job. He arrived early, checked that an earlier start was convenient, and got straight to work. He explained clearly what he found while checking the system and gave practical advice on what to look out for if the pump levels run high. Throughout the visit he was polite, friendly, and completely professional. The whole experience was smooth and genuinely helpful. I’m very happy with the service.

The booking/support team on the phone was great: fast and they got me an appointment first thing; the engineers were competent and nice. Great service, great experience.
