Item arrived in a reasonable time. Relatively easy to install. After a couple uses it is operating as expected.

Unfortunately the adaptor doesn't fit but was delivered ok

Great alternatives to keep from having to many different tool brand battery costs.

Highly recommend this company and their return process appears to be intimidating at first but once you send the email it’s smooth sailing from there. Product worked well, and I'm very satisfied.

Item a bit hit and miss. Battery adapter seems to be reasonably well made but have had issues with the tool not working when the adapter is fitted potentially this is questionable on whether it works or not.

It took quite awhile to receive the item but it was exactly what I was looking for and it works.

I wanted to return my order and was told I'd get a 50% refund on my purchase but did not get my money back.

Update: seller finally processed the refund and offered a full refund to resolve the matter, thank you for the prompt response and trying to make it right.

Ordered AEG/ridgid 18V adapter with fuse and switch, only came with the fuse with no soldered switches. Tried to lodge a complaint and got ignored.

I previously rated them 1 star, but they acknowledged their mistake and offered to make things right.

They are willing to talk to and work with people, so I revised my review to 5 star.

Despite reading the product description a few times to ensure it was the right product, I was sent an adapter that was the opposite of what I needed. I am sure it works just fine, but not what I needed.

It took time to arrive, but the inverter was exactly as I had expected and is working flawlessly. You should be aware of when using the inverter for 230 V, the fan kicks ind frequently in order to cool down the electronics. it can be annoying a little but probably necessary.

I never received the product that I ordered from them and got no explanation as to why.

I was looking for this type of battery holder, which has been out of stock on Amazon for a long time. I already drilled holes in the panel. I needed the same product with the right dimensions for the mounting part. Finally, I found them through this supplier, and I was satisfied 100% with the quality and dimensions for holding 12 or 10.8V batteries.

Fast shipping. So much better than OEM battery.
