Luis Campos responded quickly to my question via chat. He was able to immediately fix my problem and explain how to make corrections myself in the future. Thank you Luis!

This little app has been a great asset to have on our website. We have been using it for years and add a PDF file every every week for announcements on our site. I have not found any other plug-in that will work with the site like this one does. I've only had minor trouble over the years of use, and found the Help live chat to be excellent at taking care of it. I highly recommend this app!

Kirchenaustrittsformular = Nepp!

Real People - Really Helpful
Firstly… it is rare to contact “support” anywhere and get a “real” person.👍🏽
Then, to get a real person at 01:00am makes it even more praiseworthy.
The response was quick, to the point and demonstrated knowledge of the situation being queried … and friendly… all pluses!
