POWR Arvostelua

I have been using POWR for a few years now. I never had issues and it works great. I have used it for my wholesale site. Customer support is also super responsive and helpful. It took less than 30 seconds to connect. I highly recommend them!

In an age where it's hard to get past an AI interface, Dami was super helpful and great following up on my issue. Glad that some companies still grasp the need for real customer service.

Powr has a great support team! We were having a few issues with our contact forms, but I connected with Mithsou and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Everything was resolved very quickly, thank you!

Jamilya was very patient even though I am the most a-technical person there is. Thanks for your help!

Luiz was helpful and very timely in his response to my issue.

Very quick response and resolution to my issue.

Arlynne made my experience very pleasant through
her emails.
Thank you.

Dami was great and fixed my issue quickly

Dami was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly investigated the issue I was having, kept me updated throughout the process, and even offered a workaround while looking into the underlying problem. They were able to make the necessary changes and get everything working correctly in a very short amount of time. Excellent customer service and a great support experience!

POWR provided the tools we needed for our store anniversary events. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is excellent!

Vraiment top !

I'm satisfied with powr.io and have been using it for my business for quite some time. Now I'd like to say thank you for the help with a technical issue. I'm really pleasantly surprised by the customer service team, especially Dami, who was very helpful in resolving my problem.

Proactive communication by the POWR team to keep me informed every step of the way with my tech support case.

Mithsou exceeded the great customer service we all deserve. Thank you for the patience of troubleshooting with me. Overall, the service was truly excellent, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care provided.

I have four websites and use POWR apps extensively on two of them, which involves working with numerous tech support personnel. POWR leads the pack with timely and professional support and sets the standard others should follow.

Great customer support!I reached out to POWR support and they were helpful, polite, and handled my query quickly.
