Shipping expensive and slow

Ordered on Sunday, order started being processed on Monday, not completed until Wednesday. Collected by DHL on Wednesday delivered Thursday. Cost of shipping £6.95 + vat total £8.34 and it took four days to arrive. Part was the size of a matchbox and cost £16.80. At the price of the shipping I would expect next day delivery.

It what you would expect from a well…

It what you would expect from a well run company and that's what I received from Power Tool Sales. easy ordering, goods in stock, notification of delivery, tracking available delivery was quick and on time and the product I order came as expected. I will certainly use them again.

Fablas service!

Have dealt with Power Tool Sales on numerous occasions and are my go to place for Rupes tools and spare parts. Delivery was next day and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service

Ordered a rems press tool from powertoolsalesuk last week and a jaw attachment set, I didn’t realise but I had ordered a jaw attachments that weren’t compatible with the tool I was ordering, I got a phone call about 30 mins later off their customer service department asking if I was aware of this and if I wanted to swap it for the correct attachments. I was so grateful for this phone call and it only took 1 minute on the phone, this type of diligence from their team is second to none and shows they care about their customers, have raved about this to other tradesmen I know ever since!

The tools were the best price I could find and arrived quickly, very pleasant purchasing experience.
