After being quoted £110 + vat (total £220 + vat for 2 Trojan T-105 deep cell batteries I was charged £290 inc vat and was told they would lose money if sold at £110 net each. Not happy
Then after I paid the 2 batteries were loaded into my van machine ( the lads connected the Red terminals on both batteries as in positive to positive which we all know is incorrect but because I hadn’t checked id driven 4 hrs back to my house : next day I went to charge them up and noticed the wrong terminals and had to lift one of the batteries out and turn them so they sit the same in the Aluminium box
I put them on charge after connecting up properly but once on charge the battery charger lights never went beyond 50% Charged after 12 hrs
So my machine doesn’t work properly now because the charge isn’t enough to extrude the Aluminium through.
So these batteries must be faulty and probably due to the wrong connection at the outset when purchased
I am very annoyed that I’ve spent nearly £300 and these new batteries are nearly as bad as the ones I gave them to dispose of!
I am looking for some customer support here and ultimately 2 new batteries which I WILL CONNECT UP THIS TIME !

Great communication and great service with a product price which could not be beaten. However, the courier used was shockingly bad and their tracking system does not work nor update, trying to get through to them on the phone is almost impossible and they do not return calls. The delivery eventually happened 3 days after the tracking system said it should be delivered. The tracking system never updated and nobody ever called me back. The delivery guy was not very helpful, pallet was 150kg and was taken to the property gate on a pallet trolley. When asked if he could take it another 100yards to the stock shed he refused, “I deliver to the entrance of the property” as he pulled his trolley out and wheeled it off. Courier would put me off using this company again unfortunately.

I ordered a part with the expectation of fast delivery, as the website promised it would arrive in 1-2 days. Unfortunately, it wasn't shipped until two days later, and even after four more days, there's no sign of the part. This is quite disappointing, and if you need something promptly, I suggest considering other options.UPDATE: I appreciate the response to my review, but there seems to be a misunderstanding. My order was placed on Wednesday, but it wasn't processed until Friday. I have evidence to support this claim, including the order confirmation from your website and my credit card statement. It seems the Friday date is from the dispatch notification. Additionally, the order confirmation included an estimated delivery time, which I anticipated to be accurate.

Bought a part, with the website saying 1-2 days delivery (main reason for purchase).. it took them 2 days to dispatch and 4 days later , still no sign of part.. disappointed. If your looking for time sensitive parts, I would look elsewhere ..

Thank you for the reply to my review. unfortunately, you are incorrect … the order was placed on the Wednesday and you did not process it until Friday, I can verify this for you with the order confirmation your website sent me and my credit card statement, I believe you are getting the Friday date from the dispatch notification .. Also on the order confirmation was the expected delivery time, which I would have expected to reflect the actual delivery time to the address

Very helpful staff at Alcester office. Prompt delivery, 3 days via Parcel Force,well packaged. Only slight problem was I chose to order fuse holder + fuses, only to find the inverter had an internal fuse. There was no mention of this in website description of the unit. Re order PPS 13919.
