Identical fan to the old one was required.
The extractor fan that was fitted had to be replaced with an identical one because of the fixings within a existing wall. Power discount had in stock the exact fan that I required and it fitted perfectly to the existing mountings. The price was perfect considering the original fitted fan was quite old and I did not think i could get that model again so many thanks Power Discount.

Power discount has always been quick and helpful. When I received deliveries directly from them I have had no problems. Today however I received a product directly from the supplier, who used a different courier. The stuff was damaged but so far power discount have been very helpful as always in sorting everything out. Thanks guys!

Website does not show if an item is in stock or out of stock
Placed an order but two days later was told the item was out of stock. Surely it would be fairer to say 'Out of Stock' and an expected ETA when ordering like other sites do??
So won't use again.
To their credit I did get an email explaining the stock situation.

Good Morning,
Many thanks for your review. As we are a online wholesaler we simply can not hold stock of everything we sell, but instead we list everything we can source whether they are items we stock or order in.
We do state on our website that any orders needed next day to contact is first so we can check out stock, but we appreciate this can be missed.
None the less we will ship your order on an overnight service to you as soon as your order arrives to us.

Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered a 12M LED strip which cost almost £200, went to install it at the address and there’s no cable soldered to one end, helpful when it’s a replacement and I don’t have my solder gear with me
It’s the first time I’ve ever had a strip sent without tails on at least one end
Will never order from here again

Good Morning Reed,
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The ALL LED strip you had purchased doesn't come with soldered cable unfortunately, if it had done we would add that in the description of the product.
We understand strip lights can be requested with tails on the end at some retailers but we don't provide that service here hence why we dont promote it on the website listing.
Please call into the office and we can discuss further.

provide cheap electric appliances
I recently bought some electrical items from Power Discount and I'm very impressed with the overall experience. Their pricing is extremely competitive compared to other stockists—I managed to get exactly what I needed for a much better price. The ordering process on their website was simple and straightforward. Even better, the delivery was incredibly fast and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s great to find a reliable supplier that offers top-class service without breaking the bank. I will definitely be using them again for my future electrical needs and highly recommend them!
