Tenergy makes some great batteries. Their service is fantastic and shipping is fast. Bought some of their batteries ten years ago and they still recharge like new.

Great performance.

The batteries were delivered well-packed and within 2 days [shipped free]. Altogether, brilliant performance.

The digital side could use some attention. It didn't affect the transaction but . . . well, have a look, yeah? For example, the site wouldn't let me sign-in because it said my Email address was wrong. May be, but it's the only one I've got.

I am so impressed with Tenergy's…

I am so impressed with Tenergy's products. I ordered a charger and some batteries a while ago, and they last a LONG time, so I just ordered some more!! Their shipping, ordering, etc. is very efficient, and their customer service is top-notch. Nice job, Tenergy.

Great customer service

The replacement part that I was looking for wasn't listed on the website. The customer service department was able to help me locate the piece, so that I could continue using my charging base. I enjoy the products, and have recommended them several times to others. I also don't like tossing perfectly working items over small issues. This was a great solution.

I purchased a dehumidifier

I purchased a dehumidifier, and upon opening the box, the water tank was missing. I emailed Tenergy, and when no reasons I called (total of 2-3 days). Then 3 days later the water tank was at the door. Ps: I haven’t looked at the water tank yet as I just picked it up the package.
