Pourmoi Arvostelua

Loved the swimwear and the customer service was just as good!

After I had mixed up a returned order meant for another retailer (and sent the parcel to pour moi instead of back to the original brand!) they were quick to get in touch to let me know my mistake and help to correct.

Instead of leaving me to wonder where my return had gone and just disregarding the incorrect post (which they fairly could have done) they've been endlessly supportive in trying to get the parcel back to me.
Sam and Hillary in particular have been especially helpful- really gone out of their way to help, and it's been much appreciated!

Through this, I'll definitely order more things from Pourmoi in future!

Needed to cancel an order quickly due to being sent to the wrong address and I was refunded immediately. Fantastic service

Brilliant bikinis, love them! The customer service is outstanding as well, super prompt and really helpful !!

Well made underwear. Quick response when I had a problem with a bra. I can recommend Pour Moi.

I was really impressed with Pour Moi. Although the swimsuit is stunning I had sadly to request a return as there was an inner layer which made it too tight. Such a shame as it was stunning. However how the company dealt with my request was truly impressive. Without any fuss they issued an immediate refund and allowed me to keep the swimsuit as compensation. That service is rare in today’s market. So professional and speedy. I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you Pour Moi. Top marks!

I’m really impressed with the customer service! I had an issue with my order and received a super quick response. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and stress-free.
It’s rare to get such fast and thoughtful service these days, thank you for making it so easy!

After a few purchases from Pour Moi, which have all been good, I had a small problem with my last one. After sending an email I received a reply the next day & the issue was resolved by them sending me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

The bras are great, but out of twelve pairs of pants, about half have had to be replaced because they fall apart and the others have the stitching and embroidery unravelling. I’ve gone beyond thinking it’s the odd pair now, to deciding the quality is inferior. I can’t complain about the bras, they’re great but it is pointless spending out on matching sets if half the set is badly made, so I’ve wasted a lot of money on six sets…. I always wash bras and pants separately in net bags on a silk wash.

🌟 Exceptional Customer Service from Pour Moi! 🌟

I recently received a bra from Pour Moi that unfortunately had a small fault. I reached out to their customer service team and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and kindly they responded. After sending a photo of the issue, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out—no hassle, no delay.

It’s rare to find a company that handles things with such care and efficiency. The new item arrived promptly and was perfect. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and the way they turned a minor issue into a truly positive experience. Pour Moi has definitely earned my loyalty!!

Sam responded quickly and resolved the returns issue. Great customer service!

Just really good service. Prompt and helpful and cheerful. Thank you.

I contacted Pourmoi regarding an issue with a swimsuit I’d bought for my wife. One phone call and one email later and they had replied with a replacement swimsuit to be sent out the next day. I can’t praise their customer service highly enough. Everything sorted out within a couple of hours. Other companies should take note, great customer service equals repeat business, I’ll definitely be back for more purchases in the future 😀👍

Thank you Sam for helping me through the technical difficulties of getting my return processed so promptly.

really efficient understanding service from Sam concerning an issue. problem was instantly solved. have been a customer for many years and products are always of highest quality

Customer service is excellent, I had an extremely quick response to my query and it was dealt with efficiently and with ease. The swimwear fits me perfectly and is very supportive and I always get compliments when wearing it. I will recommend pour moi to my friends and will use them in the future.

Great help from Statia on customer services. Had ordered an item , which took longer than expected , and when it arrived the package was damaged and the goods faulty. Contacted Pour Moi with photo evidence , and this is where the 5 stars come from. Statia was full of apologies , arranged replacement foc , including postage , and the goods arrived with 48 hours. Well done Pour Moi , and special mention to Statia

What a great company supplying quality goods, with excellent customer service. My husband ordered some pyjamas from pour moi for Xmas and they were beautiful, lovely fabric. So I decided to try some lingerie, I first did a size check that changed my cup size and back size, which I wasn’t sure about ordering what size it gave me, having messaged an agent she said I advise you go with it, we do free returns if any problems. I also watched the video about ‘how to wear your bra correctly’. I’m 61 years old and never knew about the things it was telling me in this video and yes it does help your bra fit better. So my order arrived, 2 days after ordering, nicely packaged, great quality fabrics used, and fit perfect. The bras are very comfortable and fit like a glove, I would say one of the best I’ve had, previously using M&S. I will definitely be returning to pour moi.

I have used Pour Moi for several years now and have found the quality and fit of their bikinis to be great. I have had cause to contact them with a query and I cannot fault their level of customer service. In my opinion it has been above and beyond and all staff I have communicated with have not only been helpful but also extremely polite and courteous. I can’t recommend Pour Moi enough!

I placed my first order with Pour Moi yesterday. This morning I discovered that they had sent me an email with a promotional code giving me 10% off my first order, which had gone into my junk email. I contacted them on live chat(very easy) and the customer service agent(Sam) said absolutely they would apply the discount and refund me the difference. The refund arrived while I was still saying thank you! Now that’s what you call customer service. Hopefully what I ordered will turn out to be great too. Always reassuring when the first contact you have with a company is this good. Very impressed.
