I have been happy with all my purchases which wash and wear well, look good and are great value. Recently I experienced a problem (my own fault) and cannot praise Customer Services highly enough, they took the trouble to alert me of the mistake I'd made, offered support and carefully explained a solution. What a super company, they didn't need to do this but they did and I'm very happy thank you.

Brilliant communication and informative, prompt replies . Pour Moi are the best sales team I have dealt with in a very long time .

Received excellent customer service. Ordered a swimsuit, after a week the Royal Mail tracker had received it then it never moved! Contacted Pour Moi, an email same day saying they could see that Royal Mail hadn’t moved, ordered me another swimsuit and I received it the next morning! Fantastic service and a very happy customer! Their swimsuits are the best too!

I am absolutely in love with this dress. The blue and white tile print looks even more beautiful and vibrant in person—it gives off the perfect Mediterranean holiday Fit & Comfort:I ordered size 8 and it fits perfectly. The shirred bodice is fantastic because it stretches comfortably to hug your shape without feeling restrictive or cutting into your skin. I also love the tie-straps on the shoulders; they make it so easy to adjust the fit Fabric & Versatility:The fabric is lightweight, breezy, and perfect for hot weather, but it isn't see-through at all. It packs really well and is super versatile. Highly recommend if you want an easy, flattering, and stylish outfit for the summer

I ordered a gift card for my wife as part of a present.
When she came to use it online, the code was declined and said that the card had been used.
We both knew that this was not the case so I contacted customer services via email.
I received a reply from a lady called Sam. she asked for a few details and then investigated my problem thoroughly and within 2 days she traced what had gone wrong and rectified the whole problem in a very professional and courteous manner from start to finish.
Truly a customer service advisor whom in my opinion is dedicated to giving the customer excellent service and in a respectful manner.

I have spent too much time and money trying “wonder bra’s” Having a larger bust has been the bane of my life. Anything fitting was matronly and uncomfortable.
Having decided no more I saw an advertisement for Pour Moi. I took yet another “chance” and was absolutely astonished at finding a beautiful supportive bra. The quality is outstanding and the price point is more than fair (I also shopped the sale which was great value)
I have found my perfect bra and will recommend this company completely

I placed an order for 2 swimsuits but didn’t receive a confirmation email,I emailed them and they responded very quickly and the error was due to me misspelling my email address,I corresponded with Georgia and she was very efficient,my swims have arrived today and they are perfect,I struggle to get a swimsuit to fit me because I am very large up top but these are very flattering,I will definitely be purchasing again!

I bought two costumes the same at full price. The first one started to become threadbare. second one has done exactly the same and I have only worn it twice.company will not acknowledge any fault. 6 months is their cut off but if you only wear it twice in 18 months not accepted.

Terrible customer service with no effort made to provide a good outcome for the customer. Paid for goods that have never been received and they could not give a toss. Avoid.

My bikini and beach dress arrived yesterday and I'm thrilled with both. For anyone else who hasn't used this company, please feel rest assured they are great to use. I think this is my 4th or 5th time buying online with them, and Everytime my order has been perfect. Shipping to Ireland was over a week but worth the wait. Well done Pour Moi.

Excellent prompt service..all my life i have purchased lingerie from a Store but no more!! ( M&S)..The fit is absolutely perfect!! I will be purchasing all my lingerie direct with this Company!!!

There is no size chart with measurments on the website. The quality of the bras are fine but lack support for larger bust because the underband is weak which puts the weight on the shoulder . So i wanted to order a smaller band size for more support but the sister size was not available. They errousnly advised i could just exchange the band size down while the cup was already on the small size.

So I decided to return only to find out while for uk customers its FREE an int customer has to pay 18-24 (!!!!!) euro. This is completely unreasonable for a product thats hard to fit such as bra. They would not accodomate some of the return costs. So UK cust are getting a discount over the back of int customer. Most companies like Next and others have a free return service. I understand companies may have to charge some but this is of another level.

After six years of not wearing a two-piece because I never felt comfortable or confident, this bikini has completely changed that. The fit is so flattering, supportive and comfortable that I finally feel confident wearing a bikini again.

I did need to go up one cup size in the bikini top compared to my usual bra size, so that’s something worth keeping in mind if you’re ordering. Once I found the right size, the fit was absolutely perfect.

As someone with a larger bust, I never thought I’d feel secure wearing a strapless bikini, but this one has completely exceeded my expectations. I wore it all day and everything stayed exactly where it should. I wasn’t constantly adjusting it or worrying about it slipping, which is something I’ve never experienced with a strapless bikini before.

The quality is fantastic, it’s beautifully made, and it has given me back the confidence to wear a bikini after six years.

My only disappointment is that there aren’t more strapless designs in different colours and patterns like this one. I live in Malta, where beach and pool days are a huge part of life, so I would genuinely have bought several more if they were available. It’s by far the best-fitting strapless bikini I’ve ever owned.

Thank you, Pour Moi, for creating a bikini that truly makes women feel confident. Please make more strapless styles like this in lots of different prints and colours—I know I’d be first in line to buy them!

Bought some items, non fitted, started the return process the only choice is a Royal Mail Drop of point, I don’t have a printer and the only drop of point that will print labels is only open in working hours. I contacted CS and asked for the returns address and said I would just pay my own return postage. I was told I could just use the qr code at any drop of point, I couldn’t see how this would work without a label but tried it anyway and unsurprisingly the parcel has been returned to. So am trying again to get the returns address from them.
