Potterscarpetsandbeds Arvostelua 

Had a laminate floor fitted, and they left the remaining carpet fluff on the borders of my skirting boards. It looks like black muck all across the borders. I have tried to speak to Dan at Potters, who assured me the fitters would fix this problem. This was around 3 weeks ago, and nothing since after numerous calls and emails. Fitters didn't even ask what colour sealant I wanted, and when I rang to ask, they tried to say i had requested the clear sealant to then say they only dealt I clear sealant. I don't ever complain, but I spent over 1000, and i feel the carpets looked better as my house didn't look dirty l.
I wouldn't recommend this company for any sort of customer service.

Ordered new bed on a Saturday morning lots of help choosing,got good price very happy.Delivered bout 3 weeks later by Mark and Nigel good lads bed all set up and taken old one away really pleased with everything.Thankyou.

We have just used Potters Carpets for the first time to lay a new dining room carpet. We have been delighted with the service throughout the whole process. The showroom staff, the gentleman who came to measure and the fitters too were very knowledgeable and personable. We also had the offcuts made into rugs and this was done in record time. Well done Potters!

Very disappointed at my 2nd time recently using. Last time several small issues. This time carpet that was pre ordered and measured by Potters (very swiftly I have to say) but when it arrived was too small. Had to wait a week, due to waiting for new carpet and my work commitments. As I live in a cottage the whole of the upstairs was disrupted by this. New carpet fitted today, however 2 fitters didn’t take shoes off, raining outside and walked all through my house, and on new carpet on landing. Initial issues from potters! Still had to pay for the fitting and no apology at all for the inconvenience. Stairs marked too by the 1st fitter dragging the carpet up on his own.

Great service from start to finish. We were given good advice for our specific needs with no pushiness or attempt to upsell. The guys who came to do the fitting ( Ross and Adam) did a fantastic job and put in the hard graft as we live up a steep driveway with limited access, so all the carpets and equipment had to be carried up. Both nice friendly guys who are a credit to the company, well done!

Always had carpets from here ,had stairs carpet done and laminate in bathroom today great service, the gentleman Mark was brilliant 👏 thank you

Ordered many carpets from them over the years. Recently moved and had new floor covering throughout, new bed too. Good choice, advice and prices.

we spent a lot of money with them, got nearly the whole
house recarpeted, wanted to get another bedroom done
so ordered with them again, chap said they are waiting for the carpet to come in so we paid them upfront.
waited a whole year with not even a call from them.
Got fed up waiting and decided to get a refund the manager rang back and very rudely told us we would have to pay a 30% cancellation fee.
I wouldn't recommend them using these tactics, very annoyed
