I got charged for something I never agreed to, and when I asked for my money back, they just flat out said no. That's just not right! The whole thing felt super sketchy and totally misleading.

This is such a scam. I got hit with a charge I didn’t even know about, and when I asked for a refund, they just offered me two years of their service, which is exactly the same amount as the charge! Just adding insult to injury. What a joke!

They took money from me without asking and hit me with random charges. Honestly, I can't trust them at all.
