Great customer service, website is super easy to use, you can pay via online payment or crypto. Email confirmation is received as soon as your order is complete and they keep you in the loop once the order is packaged and ready to ship. You get notified once it’s on its way and you’re even given a tracking code.
I made a mistake with my address one time and was able to contact customer service via WhatsApp and get it resolved asap. Been using the service for a while now and it’s second to none!!

Everyone leaving 1 star is just stupid and they’ve been scammed by a fake website claiming to be pot drop 😂😂 , pot drop have always fulfilled my orders and delivery was next day , I’ve never had issues and support has always helped out if I had a question , great products , competitive pricing , will defo be using again soon

Scam. They ask ask you to transfer the money and then they said they haven’t received it. When you contact the bank they disappear. SCAMMERS.

There are fake sites using our name and what you've described matches their pattern exactly. If you did order from pot-drop.org, reach out to us directly and we'll get to the bottom of it.

100% scam. As reviews have mentioned, expect an email demanding more cash. The whole system was fishy from the start, pester for payment and always calling you mate. I should have known.
