The delivery and package were excellent and the poster itself is beautiful. They also sent me on clear instructions and a YouTube link on how to mount the poster which was extremely helpful

Recipient very happy with poster
Poster was fine - good quality etc but pricing a little steep.
Packaging very robust - if you wanted to, you could possibly moan about it being excessive but we are so done with poor quality cardboard left out in Irish weather... (we did recycle it - would have preferred to return it for re-use esp if it impacted on the cost!).

Great quality , good customer service
I had an issue with the first one I ordered , poor deliveryeant it was damaged. I contacted poster longer and they got back to me straight away , apologised and refunded me immediately. I re ordered and the print in frame arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Their gallery prints are exceptional quality .
Also the framed prints are done well .

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! A vast collection of prints to choose from. Once I chose the print I wanted, the order process was straightforward. Expertly packed for shipping and the print arrived to my door in mint condition. Couldn't be more pleased.

Would order again no bother
Ordered a print on canvas . very happy with the outcome. Came weeks or more earlier than was forecast, which is fantastic but the tracking could've been a little sharper...Packaging was a little beat up, product was fine though.
Will be ordering again.

Posterlounge review
I am very satisfied with Posterlounge service. I have ordered two large posters (100x100cm and 90x130cm), each one framed. I got them well packed and protected. Each picture was well wrapped around and put in to carton sleeve/box with large logo of the company. I have noticed that they carefully and professionally protected each picture and frame. Meantime they quickly responded to my questions with very nice manner. (by email, somehow I couldn't get in touch with them using the free phone). Summarising, everything they had done gave me the peace of mind while I was waiting for my order (2 weeks since they sent it, I guess the Christmas time slowed down the process). By the way before that order, I returned one poster and I got full refund. Overall, I have very good impression of the company. Thank you Posterlounge Team for your great service :D
