Additional 50% Tax and duty

It was not clear when ordering that the goods were coming from outside of the EU. I had to pay an additional 50% in tax and import duties….. not happy

Unfortunately, Poster Girl do not cover import fees at this time. This is stated on our Shipping and Returns page to be as transparent as possible before purchasing. All fees incurred through customs are unfortunately out of our control and are charged depending both on the value of the items included within the shipment.

We are working on a way to make this easier for our customers x

Not as advertised

Not as advertised . Dress is purple nothing like burgundy . Too short and front needed adjustment. Plus arrived late . Not worth it overall.

When our latex pieces arrive, they look a little dusty and this is normal so the garment doesn't stick to itself when stored or in transit. Once you have it on, we recommend shining it up.
If this has not fixed the problem, please contact us on customer service so we can resolve this for you x

Horrible customer service

I have had my eye on the Miranda dress for so long and finally caved and purchased it. I was so excited to receive it and when i got the notification it was delivered I was home and immediately went outside to check. The package wasn't there??? I gave it two days but still never received anything UPS said it was confirmed and delivered so you can imagine my confusion. I reached out to the customer service and explained I had not received the product and they simply said too bad. It's extremely disappointing to me that after paying almost $200 for a dress this is how the company handles this issue. I have wasted my money now and will not be purchasing from them again.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CAN NOT DRIVE

They delivered my product to a parcel shop a 45 minute walk away from my house, I cannot drive because of a medical condition, after one delivery attempt at 7am. They refused to refund shipping cost and were extremely unhelpful. Loved them for years will never order again.

#5672293564654 Smooth order process but think shipping should be free, Also faulty return is very annoying because you have fight for a refund. That being said when the item is not fault then it’s a seamless experience.
