Customer Service
I need/should qualify for a relief program, however they didn’t even respond to my request on the app. It instantly went to “solved”. Lisa completely ignored my request and now it’s going to ding my credit report. I have always paid on time, but I lost my job fell behind 29 days. I tried doordashing a bit to make the payment as my bank is overdrawn due to bills - bad ik but it’s why I’m here. They did not accept my payment via my dasher card and wouldn’t accept an extension due to my job loss even though that would give me the ability pay off my loan via my bank account - as I just started my new job this week and will be paid a real income soon. Today is day 29, looks like I’m getting my credit report dinged despite 1 having the money to pay but not a way to pay it and 2 not being granted something that I should be eligible for. They have no phone number to call and just deny your claims without even responding. Absolute garbage company
