First experience was ok. They gave me another loan and I have not received it I noticed another chase account was added to mine . There is no help or way to call them. Very frustrating

I received a response from possible after giving a review and was told that customer service would help fix the issue which they did however I requested another advance just like I have done for past 11 months and again I was denied for same reasons not enough income which I have more than required and missed or late payments again never been actually I always pay my advance in full when first payment is due and then my bank isn't linked again inaccurate. So again I suffered penalties for always paying on time and for having excellent history over past 11 months

I asked for someone to delete bank accounts off my account several times and no response nobody done what ,I asked several times until I loaded a debit card on my account to get this resolved, But there is one thing this company did reported to credit borrowers that I was not making any payments or attempts to get this resolved
