No complaints! Easy way to restore credit. They payments come out automatically and when the loan is paid off, I can do it all again. It’s doing wonders for my credit score!

Company's Customer service is Horrible
It is absurd that a company that is supposed to be reputable does not have a customer service line to assist in urgent situations. I have sent multiple emails for a week to about the system not allowing me to make payments on my account. I have been sent they same response multiple time to re-authorize payments and update payment information. I have done that each time and I have added multiple debit cards to the account so that I can immediately just pay the balance off. However the system will not allow me to make a debit card payment either. At some point a consumer show be able to speak directly with a human to get a resolution because clearly there is something wrong with my account that email support is not able to resolve. I'm continually getting emails warning that I'm in danger of having a late payment reported to the credit bureau which is no fault of my own. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and cfpb. This is ridiculous.

While the loan works and they report it so you can improve your credit score, their entire system is annoying. You will receive texts and emails daily and you can’t stop them. Even when you contact support. They don’t stop
