Positive Promotions Arvostelua 

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it yet. No one answers their phone or email inquiries. In their website my order shows "in progress". I understand that they might be affected by the COVID-19 to be able to send timely shipments but ignoring their customers is not a good way to conduct business. They were quick to take my money but no rush to answer any of my emails. Very disappointing experience!

There is a technical difficulty and nobody has answered on the telephone after being on hold for 15 minutes! I will let all of my healthcare colleagues know about this and my attempting to order for our nurses

Received my Black History Month pins and I love them. The beautiful fans I ordered are on the way and I am sure that I will be just as happy with them. I do appreciate your Representative calling me to tell me about the delivery time. That was so very considerate and she was very professional and pleasant. Thank you. Alice K.

I ordered from this company in early 2019 and did have a positive experience. Communication was great and everything worked out well. However, I placed an order in November of the same year 2019, and the experience has been a nightmare. Up until this point I have not received my order. Communication has been really poor, it's like no one is talking to the others in that company. The company is only interested in taking your money and not deliver the product. I am disappointed in this company. I will for sure not be ordering from this company again and will advise anyone trying to think and look before doing so because there is nothing positive about my experience thus far. Please, send me my order positive promotion. This is a gift that should have been giving out at Christmas to the staff.

My company ordered jackets for our Christmas gifts to employees.
We were told they would arrive 2 weeks before Christmas.
One week before we were told in order to make that deadline we would have to pay $200.00 to have them shipped overnight because they weren't ready.
Meanwhile, we were in contact with about 7 customer service personal who all gave varying answers. Some never returned calls even when messages were left on their direct extensions!
Overall, the products we received were great quality, but that did not make up for the lack of customer service.

This company has horrible service and the worst turn around. I ordered from them for my companies event 30 jackets with (2) different logo and they got the whole order wrong. Then wanted to charge me for the jackets and wanted me to pay to send them back. I needed them for the event and put a rush on them and I did not receive them until a week after the event was over. Mind you I ordered them a month in advance so I thought it would not be a problem. I contacted my account rep. and she never responded. I placed another order a month later because they already had the logo and I am still waiting and was told the order should arrive by January 21, 2020 when the order was placed Dec. 6, 2019.

Not sure what happened to them. We had used them for several years and lately we had the same experience as many of these other negative reviews. Many calls and much wasted time trying to get them to just do what they said they were going to do. And, of course, it didn't arrive in time for the event we needed the shirts/mugs for. REALLY NOT worth the headache.
When I spoke with a customer service rep to be removed from their mailing list, he even got an attitude with me.

I will never order from this company again. I placed an order in early November to be received around Thanksgiving. When I went online to find the status of my order, there was no information. After repeated calls, I was finally able to get in touch with someone and they explained that it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for another week with delivery well past my need date. I was finally able to talk to a rep (not just someone answering the phone) who was willing to get me a substitute order overnight (unpersonalized).
Then I'm questioned by our accounting department for a copy of my charge. Again, multiple phone calls to get a copy of the charge and ultimate credit for the replaced order (of which the credit hadn't been placed even a week later).
There are plenty of other promotional product companies I can and will order from going forward.

Don’t order from this company!!! Worse customer service , they transferred me to there supervisor and she’s was even worse. Rude from the beginning with a defensive attitude .

Don't order from this company. I ordered wrist bands for a school event and was told that they were in stock and would ship via expedited shipping. Positive Promotions didn't have the product in stock and sent me a notice after I had placed the order that the product was on back order and that they would expedite shipment when it was back in stock. Tried to cancel the order yesterday but customer service stated that they had shipped it--which they did but they didn't expedite it--they shipped it to arrive a week from when I needed the product.

Do not order from this company. They sent me the wrong print on my item, said they would correct it and I would have my order on a certain date. The date that I was supposed to have it the send me an email telling me that my product won’t be in stock and that I will have to wait another month for the order. I complained and they said they would send me some coupons in an email. I told them to keep their coupons because I doubt I will ever order from them again.

I normally purchase from Imprint Plus because they are phenomenal, they have the best service team and put out quality products and meet their deadlines. However, one of our managers wanted specific items from Positive Promotions so I went with them for our Housekeeping Appreciation Week...

I attempted for 30 minutes to check my order out online but the we page would not move past the address information. Called the 800 number multiple times but their phone line rang to a dead line. I attempted to speak with someone via chat and after maybe an hour I was able to speak with someone on the phone. Ordering over the phone was a painfully long process but by the end I was promised delivery by the date needed at an additional expedited delivery cost. I received half of my order two days after the event and after multiple emails I will now received the other half 4 days after the event on a Friday evening. There was no communication from the company about the delays in advance so that I could purchase giveaways for our hard working staff elsewhere. Total bust. No mention of refunding overnight shipping fees.

There are many choices out there for promotional items, I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing and went elsewhere. This looks to be normal business practice.

They charged your order , then 5 days later they informed you, they don’t have the product on stock, so your products won’t be there the day they offered you. Customer attention is terrible, they always do some mistakes. So if you need your products for a special event or if you are expecting them on time. Don’t buy them from Positive Promotions. Don’t waste your time and money

This company has terrible customer service. I placed an order in May during nurses week, and did not received my order until mid July. I emailed and called them several times before some one finally sent the order out. When I received the order the several of the bags were coming apart at the seams.

When I was on the phone I told the custom service rep I no longer wanted to order to cancel it since it was on back order. 15 days later I come home and the order is here I had already ordered something for this event. I called customer service to speak with the manager because I was upset over this and he was rude as well. Will never purchase from this company again.

Call the sales representative that I have worked with on numerous occasions, was told that he no longer does our area. Gave me another sales representative's email and phone number. Called and emailed him several time about and order that we needed a quote, never received an email or call. Called the original sales representative and he told me there was nothing he could do and to continue to call the person. Guess I wasn't important. Will never order from this company again!

Contacted this company and spoke with the Account Executive, Cathy D’Agostino, on April 3, 2019 to order over $1500 worth of promotional material; however, I did not hear back from the sales rep after several weeks. I called the toll-free # on April 11, 2019, and was on hold for 36 minutes before they answered. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for a price quote and a virtual proof from Cathy (who stated it would only take one day), the person on the phone stated that Cathy was standing next to him, and she got on the phone. What a NASTY NASTY gal who scolded me and said, "I TOLD YOU THIS WAS OUR BUSY TIME OF YEAR." I said, why would you tell me that it would only take a day-she said she did not promise that. I asked her for a proof and she sent a different item back to me blaming her production team. Then she asked what I wanted her to do. LOL - I see that your company's reviews are very poor and I will simply add mine.

Don't bother dealing with these fools.

I wish there was a 0 rating... this is the second year of this back order business....Never again....very bad business!!!!!! They will lie and tell you anything....also will charge your card for items when the know they are out of stock...bad business practices!!!! Buyer beware

I ordered 2 items with express shipping (one order). I received half of the items a week later and will be receiving the second part 2 weeks after I purchased it—I paid for EXPRESS shipping and also do not appreciate my items coming on different days. Their customer service is horrible, they do not respond! Stay away, especially if you need to buy something for an event. You can’t trust them to send it on time!

Horrible, products arrived 5 weeks after deadline ! Will not return phone calls or emails after they received my payment .
