Hi Marta,
We are very sad that you didn't understand the scope of services you have hired.
We offer full support on applying for a resident visa for Portugal which includes specific services that are made on your behalf like a NIF, opening a bank account, registering your VFS account, booking your VFS appointment, filling residency forms for the visa application and residency application (both steps which you didn't even get there yet), building your file (with all the gathered documents), writing your intentions letters, and guidance on other procedures that we can't do on your behalf (like hiring third party services on your home country). We also advise you on the travel insurance for your visa application and health insurance in Portugal, even though you have not shown up to your VFS appointment and are already living in Portugal without a resident visa.
You also didn't hired our house search services as you had already rented an apartment when you first contacted us. Even so, we have helped you fix the rental contract and have engaged with your landlord to help you having the correct and required documents for VFS, which it wasn't part of the services you hired but we cordially did it to help you.
We are very grateful for all the clients we have helped moving to Portugal and the amazing reviews we have and we are confident that our expertise and work ethic is greatly appreciated as you can see by all the 5* reviews we have. That said, we are very sorry that you have decided to make false claims about us and having blatantly lied in public platforms about us, when we have written prove that show exactly otherwise.
