As we planned for our retirement move to Portugal the inevitable question of how to find a good home in a good area was a concern. My household worked with Graziella remotely while in the US and she and the rest of her team were a dream! Professional service. Friendly staff. Francisco Marques (property management) is particularly responsive and attentive. They also have good connections with regards to legal services or other important services. This is especially helpful for non-Portuguese residents. Earlier on in my engagement with them, a little bit of staff turnover led to an important gap in services. This is the reason why I have not given a 5 star rating. But to their credit, they redressed the situation in a professional way.
