Nothing wrong with the items just swamp me ! It did say one size but as a 5/6 size 12/14 they are massive on me and to long to wear as a tunic as modeled but never mind I'm giving them to a friend as I can't return them I've cut the tickets off !!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. It took several weeks and a lot if phone calls to get item i had paid for. It was only when i said i was going to go on social media about it i suddenly received item.

Offer no Customer service at all
Reasonably nice clothes, but they don't respond when items aren't delivered. I've tried for over a month now to get a decent response from Portare. No replacement and no refund offered. I would recommend potential customers steer clear unless they want to lose their money as Portare will take no responsibility for parcels that go missing and you will not be refunded...

I love the clothes I have bought from…
I love the clothes I have bought from portage and the fit is brilliant. My only concern is the delivery that’s why I gave 3 stars and not 5. My first order came no problems but my next two orders I had to chase several times and was promised a £20 voucher for my inconvenience that I never received.
