Não recomendo a compra de produto pelo site deles.

Thanks for the discount, but it's not worth it for me, as the shipping I paid was almost the same price as the product.
You need to improve the internal protection of the product packaging by putting styrofoam or something similar because other stores invest in protection so that this doesn't happen. I will only buy from you again when you improve the internal protection.

Do not respond to e-mails and do not ship out pre-orders (pre-ordered for a release in April, still no delivery or response).

Pre ordered a figure that was advertised as being available in February. It came around to April and I noticed it was available at other shops so I sent a polite email enquiring about what was going on with it. No response. Waited 2 weeks and sent another email telling them I'm not going to put up with being ignored and I'll get a refund through PayPal if they ignore me again. No response. So that's exactly what I did and won't be using them ever again!

In January I paid for a preorder item that was advertised as shipping in February. I contacted the seller twice in March asking for an update, but received no response of any kind. I also contacted the seller two more times in April (at multiple email addresses they have posted and from several of my own email accounts), finally asking them to cancel and refund the order -- but still I received no reply. The seller advertises that they have 7-day-a-week customer service, but since they've ignored four messages and there are no updates either on the product page or by email about when (or if!) it will ever actually arrive, I am now forced to get my bank to do a charge-back. What a terrible experience!!

no compren ahi, es una estafa, hace 5 meses compre una figura neca, y aun nada, y no responden ni un solo correo, sin embargo tomaron mi dinero sin problema

Bonjour, j'ai fait une commande (100005246) sur ce site pensant que c'était un site sérieux. Je pense que je me suis trompée. A ce jour toujours pas de nouvelle de la figurine qui était pour l'anniversaire de mon fils. Grosse déception. J'ai payé des frais de livraison plus élevés pour être livré plus vite. J'envoie des mails de relance et toujours rien.
Je ne vous recommande pas ce site !!!

DUE MESI PER AVERE UN PACCO..
A giugno ho ordinato un articolo in pre-ordine sul vs sito e fin qui tutt'ok perchè diceva di aspettare a luglio per ricevere la merce. Ho aspettato fino al 4 agosto quando mi è arrivata una mail con scritto che il pacco era stato spedito con corriere SDA, nel frattempo anche un altro pacco che aspettavo (dalla germania) è stato spedito lo stesso giorno e mi è arrivato il 10 agosto!!!!!!
Vorrei sapere come sia possibile che siamo al 12 agosto e ancora non ho neanche un tracking del pacco????? BHA.....
Contatto il servizio clienti e mi rispondono anche infastiditi...

Ho mandato due email all' indirizzo indicato e dopo giorni non ho ancora avuto risposta. Del mio ordine non si vede l'ombra. Non sono soddisfatta del servizio poco professionale e inaffidabile.

Je réécris un avis sur la non réception de ma commande. En effet, poptoys m’a répondu sur cette page mais n’a pas répondu à mes derniers mails envoyés il y a plusieurs semaines. De plus, je tiens à souligner la mauvaise fois de cette entreprise qui prétend que « j’ai été livré le 28 Février « . C’est faux. Je viens de regarder mon numéro de colis pour voir où en était l’avancement de la commande, le colis est toujours en pré transit ! C’est incroyable! J’ai passé commande le 16 Février , toujours rien, le colis n’est pas parti et on ne me répond pas quand je demande un remboursement. On se fou du monde!
