the support was swift! It is easy to use. and what I liked the most is the exit intent popup!

I've been using Poptin for about 7 months and I've consistently had issues. I've been in touch with their support numerous times and they are responsive but, so far, no resolution or even acknowledgement of these issues.

1) The form does not display our brand font that I uploaded. Inside the poptin editor it looks correct but in reality it is showing a very unattractive font that gives a bad first impression to visitors. I can see this on my own computer as well as our site visitors browsers in hotjar. I've got screenshots in all different browsers, done tests, and spoken with support numerous times.

2) One of our forms was displaying and we were getting sign ups but it wasn't adding their emails to the Mailchimp audience. Again, it was setup and integrated, working correctly for a while, and then stopped working one day. I log in and realize that the emails weren't being sent to the people who signed up for MONTHS. Again, I spent hours trying to fix this, testing, contacting support.

So, after all this I'm wondering what exactly are we paying for? We've lost hundreds of leads and the form looks terrible. Basically making a bad impression on first time visitors to our site instead of a good impression which is the goal, obviously. This is simply not working, or unreliable at best. And after 7+ months what are you doing to fix this?

I can also see that all your reviews on Trustpilot are "unverified" so....I'm guessing you know exactly what's going on. Shady shady business practice. You get one star.

Easy to use! I don't know code and I am not an IT person but I was able to set up my pop ups with easy!
