The application is easy to use. Pretty intuitive on the settings & there's ample support documentation. I'm currently using the free version, which for my purposes has more than enough customization options.

Great support from Benjir with the exit intent pop-up plugin for wordpress. He helped me work out some issues I had with litespeed which was blocking the pop-up, but it's all fixed now. Great plugin, very easy to use and to design really nice-looking, unobtrusive pop-ups.
